With the exception of certain items, all products are made-to-order.

We will begin production as soon as we confirm your payment.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the item to be completed, and approximately 1 to 4 weeks for shipping from Japan and delivery.

We plan to use DHL or EMS as appropriate for shipping to various countries.
We will notify you once this has been decided.

We will cover the shipping costs.

However, please note that we are unable to handle customs duties for each country;
these will be the responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery.

Since all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations once production has begun.

If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery,
attaching a photo. We will work to find the best solution.

Please note that we do not accept returns due to customs duties or personal reasons.

We cannot issue refunds for products that were refused by customs due to unpaid duties.

Regardless of your location, we cover all international shipping costs.

On this platform, “tax included” refers only to Japanese consumption tax.

The prices displayed in our store include Japanese consumption tax (10%).
This is a domestic tax and has no relation whatsoever to import duties in your country.

Import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If import duties apply,
the amount will be determined by your country’s customs authorities and collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
This is separate from the amount you paid to our store, and we are unable to handle it on your behalf.

For your reference, currently, orders shipped to the United States are subject to import duties of approximately 15–20% of the order total; however, tax rates are subject to change.

Please note that we are unable to cover these import duties.
